GPs and pharmacists in England were not given much time to prepare for the Prime Minister's booster jab escalation announcement.
Health Secretary Sajid Javid has said more than 110,000 people booked for a booster jab, causing the website to crash.
Paul Kelso reports on how the health service is meeting the challenge.
