THE SECRET OF COOKING JUICY CHICKEN CUTLETS WITH CRISPY CRUST!

INGREDIENTS:
500g minced chicken
3 slices of bread
100ml milk
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 egg
4 tbsp cream (I used 20%)
70g butter (from the freezer)
salt, pepper to taste
bread crumbs for breading
vegetable oil for frying
First, you need to soak the bread in milk and leave for 10 minutes. Next, add the egg, onion, garlic, squeezed bread, cream, salt, pepper to the minced chicken and knead everything with your hands. Take the butter from the freezer and rub it on a coarse grater and quickly knead everything with our hands so that the butter does not have time to melt. The secret of these cutlets lies precisely in the oil. Form cutlets by dipping our hands with water and bread them in breadcrumbs. Fry without a lid in vegetable oil. Bon Appetit:)
