Water and hydration is essential for our health and with that we want to be making sure our water is healthy for us

Bottled water is just as bad and people are unaware of this, we assume that this is healthier.

The UK government recently have announced that they will tampering with the water and adding Fluoride to our tap water. Their reason….. to help with tooth decay. Do you honestly believe they really want to be helping us with our teeth? When did they last show any concerns for our health

Once we are awake to their lies, we can see through the bs.

Our health is most important right now, and that is our priority to make better choices.

What can we do?

Distilled water is the way.

It is the purest water and has all toxins and metals removed which also includes minerals

We are able to purchase minerals to add into the distilled water to make sure we are getting the benefits so that our body can function optimally

Filters certainly help, however distilled water is recommended
