I call this 'the Pendulum' because the body swings like a pendulum, up and down, back and forth, front stretch and back stretch.
It can be done with rhythm or precision, soft or strong.
It has so many proprieties I just can't count them. We'll go back to it again and again (assuming I'll keep on uploading videos to this channel;)) exploring every detail.
