It tracks your walking/jogging activity and rewards you with coin by converting your steps into a currency to spend on cool products and services OR to donate to a chosen non-profit. Have experience in the travel industry? Put your skills to good use - as a travel specialist or Airbnb specialist. Get Paid to Read - Audiobooks
If you have a voice for radio, or simply love reading -why not take your cool sounds and make money? Forget Uber or Lyft, Try TURO
This app/website is a good idea if you are part of a two-family income and one is not actively working - and the second car is stationary, or if you simply want to make cash renting out your vehicle. Turo allows locals to rent your vehicle and provides coverage, insurance and roadside assistance should anything happen with your vehicle. Potential income $706 per month. → Active Income

Sell Used Books
Flipping or Book Arbitrage is a simple process in perhaps a quasi-saturated market - so do your research on growing niches before taking this project on. Consider finding deeply discounted books at Goodwill, yardsales, Ebay or Facebook Marketplace. Resell on Amazon, Bookdeal or Bookscouter. Potential income $100’s per month P/T. → Active Income

Find Free Stuff and Sell
Many people are either in a hurry to get rid of items (moving or do not have resources/time to spend donating) or don’t know how. Help them out by taking FREE stuff off their hands. Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace are two hot places to find free stuff. Enter “FREE” as part of the search tool - from your car and be ready to drive and pick up said items. The name comes from the idea that you can buy just about any service for $5. Don’t be swayed that you can’t make money with the Fiverr (affiliate link) app though. There are so many (free) resources and tools that teach skills needed to help business owners. Websites and sales processes are evolving and therefore evergreen. Sell stylish clothes and accessories on Poshmark
If you have a knack for all things trendy and fashionable - Poshmark will be your jam. Find unique and in-demand styles at a discount (Ebay, Thrift Stores, etc) and sell them on Poshmark. Get Paid to Play Games with Mistplay. Really.
While this app is fun, it’s one of those that falls under “if you’re already doing it, might as well make some extra cash” mostly because you wont make a lot of cash. So think about how much money you want to make and whether this is good time for money. If gaming is an outlet for your, then by all means, earn and play. Mistplay maxes out at $50 earning potential monthly. → Active Income

Play Customer, Write Reviews and Eat Lunch
Similar to the Field Agent app, Marketforce is a bit more corporate. They have very descriptive jobs that can be immediate or scheduled out weeks for tasks such as “play customer and test mattresses” or “get lunch between 11:00am -3:00 pm at Sonic” which both were options lately. Individual fees range from $10 to $70 per job. Flexible times and activities make this a low-energy moneymaker. → Active Income

Get paid for walks, cuddles and fetch with Rover
Not only can you get paid to walk dogs or cat sit, but some seek overnight stays that pay you extra to watch their animals IN THEIR OWN HOME. Paid staycation anyone? While most P’T dogwalkers make about $1000/month - catering this app to your lifestyle could offer many (eh hum - unlimited snuggles!) perks! -->Active Income

Publish Journals, Activity and Coloring books
Being a publisher is EASY when you have someone else do most of the work. One of my favorite passive income sources is journals and print-on-demand books. Upload your artwork to Amazon KDP and let them print, ship and handle everything else. Collect a paycheck. Potential $100’s - $1000s monthly. → Passive income (once you do front end work)

DIYers and Handmen / Women Get Paid for your Skills
On demand handyman is how TaskRabbit refers to itself, which is great for those of you that have the skills to help homeowners. From plumbing, to repairs, assembling furniture and moving - there are tons of jobs waiting for you to fill. If you’re looking for hands-on style work, check out TaskRabbit, Porch and Thumbtack. Potential income $100’s - $1000s depending on skills and qualifications. → Active Income

Gloves on, Boots up - Clear Brush!
Many landowners find themselves overwhelmed with yard and land growth. That’s where you can help out. Grab your gear and start to clear. Okay, bad rhyme, but you get my point. Much money to be made doing the jobs that others can’t or don’t want to do. Thumbtack, Angi (formerly Angies’ List) TaskRabbit are good sites to find work. Spring Cleaning ANYTIME of Year
New phases of our lives call for “out with the old” mentalities. What has been lying around your house UNUSED and unloved? Gather those items up and sell them! Think recycled furniture, household appliances collecting dust or clothes that don’t fit. Someone is in need of your unused items. My favorites are Mercari, Facebook Marketplace (don’t be afraid to barter) and Ebay (use that Offer button). Potential income $100s and up till your house is clean :)

With this app, you can get notifications about missions in your area. Your goal, should you choose to accept it, is to help companies better serve their customers. You can do this by visiting local stores, shopping for specific products, or taking photos. You can also answer questions or take surveys. You’ll earn cash, which you can receive via direct deposit. Also earn cash for signing up friends. Payout is quick (usually 24 hours) if you’re cash-strapped. Potential Income $50-100/month plus testing products -->Active and Passive Income

Here Fishy Fisherman!
If you’ve got land for hunting or fishing, check out this app: OnX Hunt where you can share (I mean lease, rent for money) your land to people interested in hunting or fishing. Plus its a great app to show boundaries for public land, etc. Potential income $100s per month (Some range from $2 to more than $100 per angler per visit!) --->Low Activity Active Income (app handles most of the work)

Find Yourself Outside
That is actually the tagline of one of my favorite camping apps Hipcamp. This app (and Outdoorsy too) connect landowners with campers and RVers who want a less “campground” feel or expense and a more natural experience. Have a cabin, treehouse or glamping setup you want to rent? These apps will connect you with your people. Potential income $100’s-$1000s depending on setup. -->Active income

You’ve heard that on the phone before indubitably. Have you ever wondered WHO was listening to that call for “quality assurance?” Well, that could be you. Once signed up, Humanatic has you listen to these recordings and then answer questions about the call. YOU are quality control and help the employer improve the experience for others. Sell Trendy Tee Shirts and other Novelty Items
Just like Amazon prints, ships and handles all your books/journal sales mentioned above, Printful (affiliate link) will do the same with Tshirts, hats, hoodies, mugs, posters, you name it! Upload your design, add them to your Etsy or Shopify store and promote! If you use evergreen products your store might be fairly passive, if you create seasonal or trendy products, you’ll have a much more active income. Potential income $100’s / month.
