It promotes the bullying of smaller accounts through down voting - on anything that question the establishments narratives.

Down voting only accelerates the dynamics of nepotism, corruption, and a wealth transfer upwards.

Hive block chain is very leftist in the higher echelons of it's governance, (plus many very large account holders). - and it shows with down voting patterns...
