Cooking with essential oils can be easy. The flavor profile is similar to fresh ingredients. rather than dry ingredients. The benefits really are compounded due to the pure concentration of the oils. I was nervous to use them at first but found that I loved the flavor and benefits included. By using the best quality essential oils in my cooking has completely changed the way I cook with spices, fruits, and herbs.
