Cake mix (475 g chocolate cake mix is used here)
175 g cream
100 ml milk
3 medium eggs
3 bottles of whipped cream
Chocolate sauce, not too runny
1 baking tray, size: 45 x 30 cm
1 oven grill
6 canned cherries

1. Put the cake mix together with cream, eggs and milk in a bowl, and then use a hand mixer to mix and mix well.
2. Spread the batter evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C. Then take the cake out and let cool for about 30 minutes.
3. After turning the bakeware over, remove the parchment paper. Then cut the cake into 4 rectangles of the same size.
4. Spray whipped cream on the cake and alternately stack 4 layers of cake. The whipped cream layer needs to be as smooth as possible. It is best to use a knife to flatten the whipped cream next to it.
5. Squeeze the chocolate sauce on the top layer of whipped cream in diagonal strips. Then carefully pull the oven grid at a 90-degree angle on the chocolate sauce to make a beautiful pattern.
6. Squeeze a few more whipped cream flowers on the cake, and finally decorate the whipped cream flowers with canned cherries.
