Senator Todd Young addresses Build Back Better as the Nightmare Before Christmas

The Senate approves a House-passed bill to set up a process for Senators to vote to increase the debt limit with a simple majority. It also delays Medicare cuts set to go into effect January 1st and waives Pay-As-You Go (PAYGO) budget rules.
