Dogs barking sounds angry

Update: It isn't my dog.It is my general's canine at my genealogical home. This video was shot 2 years prior and the canine was tied on the grounds that it was little and there is traffic on rustic streets as well. It might have strayed out and about and went under a vehicle.

As to rope ,I didn't know that whatever else from canine chain could hurt the canine's neck. Luckily the pup was not do any harm.

Presently the canine is completely developed and is liberated from any chain.
