B Encouraged: God is Advancing God's Kingdom on Your Behalf; Pride-Filled Leaders are Falling (12/9)

Be encouraged - God is addressing pride-filled bullies who have decided that they are gods themselves and put themselves in positions of authority that crush others around them, as they promote themselves and their own ends. God is standing up to this type of bullying as God has always stood up to it. Once great nations are no longer. In Ezekiel 31, the prophet speaks to the nation of Egypt, telling them that their fall will be like the fall of Assyria that came 100+ years before. Assyria appeared mighty and invincible, but this were not true. The veneer of invincibility does not provide such - in the end, all who promote themselves as god, will discover their own demise.
