The base is completely autonomous, and has food and military supplies for months of service. Also, the Arctic Trefoil base is fully protected from the air and sea by such missile systems as Pantsir S1, Tor M2, S-400, and Bastion coastal missile systems. In addition to the already powerful military fist, the base has a runway and is capable of receiving even such large missile carriers as the TU-160 and TU-95.
