Colorado officials say data show boosters effective, wastewater testing finds omicron

Colorado Gov. Jared Polis and State Epidemiologist Dr. Rachel Herlihy said Tuesday that data shows that booster shows are proving effective in preventing cases and hospitalizations, and wastewater testing in Boulder County has detected a small amount of community transmission of the omicron variant.
