The fourth chakra has to do with giving and receiving love. It is primarily active from ages 21-28 yrs. It is denoted by the color green. If this chakra is imbalanced, the person can be unfeeling, unloving, and cold-hearted. If overdeveloped, this is someone is clingy, needy, and attached to outcomes. If this chakra is balanced, the person is loving, compassionate, devoted, and caring.
