COVID-19 vaccine: Being exempt; opposing the mandate; standing up

As a U.S. Marine Corps lieutenant colonel, I asked to speak to the Commandant of the Marine Corps. This is a discussion about that effort, and my response as a civilian to the current situation regarding COVID-19 and our individual, social and organizational responses to it.
