Is the vaccine DESIGNED TO FAIL?

I ask if the the vqccines and booster shot is made ineffective ON PURPOSE to keep up this charade, this theft of our God given rights!
If the virus was created in a lab, what makes us think that the vaccine isn't DESIGNED TO FAIL?
