Shawnee Mission Park - Johnson County Dam Road

A drive across the Johnson County Dam which is inside Shawnee Mission Park. The road that goes across the dam is John Barkley Drive. The dam is on the west side of Shawnee Mission Park Lake.

Shawnee Mission Park Dam is an earth dam built on the Mill Creek-Tr River and is located in Zarah, Kansas. It was built in 1958 for the purpose of recreation. The dam is owned by the local government. It is also known as Johnson County Dam.
