Do not buy Equate Humidifier from Walmart

I was planning on doing a more detailed review of this item after I had used it for a couple of weaks....however it began to leak after less than 24 hours of use.

I detail what happened in the video, but I will give you the highlights here.

If the thing had just started leaking right away I would have written it off as poor quality control and simply returned this and purchased another.

However, that is not what happened. I ran this humidifier for about 6 hours...no leaks worked perfectly.

I then emptied the item and moved it to its more permanent home in our bedroom. It ran for another 4 hours without fail and we fell asleep shortly there after.

We awoke to the humidifier being empty and our furniture covered in water...it was leaking...or would have been if the water had not already leaked out completely.

Thankfully, our furniture was not damaged. Sadly I purchased this item b/c the filters were much cheaper to replace...I only saved a few bucks over the vicks brand equivilant.

This product is garbage. Buyer Beware...Walmart should be ashamed for putting this out under one of their house brands.
