4 tips to keep enamel cookware like new
11
I have owned a lot of these over the last several years.
1. buy smooth pans that are over 1/8th inch thick...usually close to 1/4"
2. avoid hard soaps and the dishwasher...better to just boil water to get off anything sticky
3. avoid cooking on highest settings ...medium to medium high heat will work just fine and not warp or damage the finish on your cookware
4. NO METAL....I know these pans are advertised as being metal friendly, but that is bull crap...they scratch, nick, get dinged and ruined...so just use silicone, plastic, or wood.
