R.I.P Sweet Alexa

We took Alexa to Specialist Dec 1st.
She had gallstones, a tumor on her spleen & IBD. Very high risk surgery but very painful death without it.
In surgery they found another hairball in her tummy. She had one surgically removed 5 years ago...
Her liver was a mess and stones, where they shouldn't be.
She made it out of surgery, but started losing blood pressure.
At my request, they tried to revive her but her heart eventually stopped.
She died peaceful in her sleep.
She never felt the painful operation. She died with us trying everything we could to save her.
There was No way anyone could tell there was so much wrong with her.

Since 2018, Alexa was sent home to die at least 2 times, but I never gave up. We did holistics & lots of love.

I knew this time was different. Its still heart breaking 💔

Augie and I are devastated, but glad this happened the way it did. Trying everything we could to save her.

We miss our YouTube friends SO much and Thank all of them for their Love and condolences. Catslifeph has mentioned us on their community page (I can not reply because of termination of our page...) which is another heart break, but thankfully our Instagram page lisaaugustitus is still up. Alexa touched many because of YouTube. Condolences from around the world just touches our hearts. It is truly astounding. We love you all so much.
