He follows actual scientific data and real-world results. Faced with the new COVID "Omicron" variant, the Florida governor has chosen to maintain his position on policies that have proven to actually make sense. He reiterated that Florida will not play Fauci’s game.

Fauci claimed that when Sen. Ted Cruz questioned his actions on gain-of-function research, he was really criticizing science because he represents it. “If you're attacking me, you’re really attacking science.”
