November 2021 Visit to Young Olive Grove

We visited an olive grove that we planted 26 months ago
for members of the Rochester NY, Jewish community.
Their area is comprised of over 700 olive trees.
In 2 years after Shmita, we will harvest the olives and they
will be cold pressed into extra virgin olive oil.

We are happy with the progress of the growth of the trees.
They are predominantly healthy and the tree trunks are
getting much thicker as the trees mature.

Even though we are currently in the Shmita year,
you can purchase your own private land in Israel now to
be planted immediately following Rosh Hashanah.
