This quick recipe takes less than 15 minutes to make a delicious Cranberry Sauce using dried berries. The tartness of cranberries offers a great contrast in desserts. Top a cupcake or ice cream or you could mix it with some whipped cream for a perfect pie topping. Its simplicity makes it my go-to recipe for cranberry sauce.

INGREDIENTS
50 grams dried cranberries (halved or roughly chopped)
1 cup or 240 ml water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon white sugar
Corn flour slurry (1 tablespoon corn flour + 2 tablespoons water)
2-3 drops red food colour (optional)
