Throwing Kerosone on a Tire Fire!

As inflation continues to hurt millions of Americans struggling to pay for basic needs, Democrats are insisting their spending bills are the solution, not the cause of the problem. With today’s Americans for Limited Government Minute, I’m Catherine Mortensen. Here is how Louisiana Senator John Kennedy explains it:

“Here’s the president’s solution to inflation which he has caused by spending too much and borrowing too much: ‘let’s spend even more and borrow even more.’ He is trying to pass this Build Back Better bill which is just a spending and borrowing orgy of epic proportions. Four trillion dollars of new spending, two trillion of new debt, two trillion dollars of new taxes. It’s going to be like throwing kerosene on a tire fire.”

Democrats are using accounting gimmicks to hide the true cost of their bill. Sen. Cornyn has send a letter to the Joint Committee on Taxation and Congressional Budget Office demanding a more honest accounting of the true cost of Biden’s Build Back Better bill.
