Daytime Anomaly #1

In this video I caught an anomaly at the 10 second mark. The anomaly comes in from the top left and then swings in making a loop. I have videoed many insects and this does not act like one nor does it look like one. The anomaly then shoots back up to where it came from. I have paused the video throughout and all I can pick up is a rod that is so bright it causes a lens flare on my camera.
