Missouri State Senator Mike Moon invited Missourians from across the state to the “Listen to the People” rally, November 20th that hundreds attended at the capitol building in Jefferson City. The people petitioned Governor Parson to stop the vaccine mandates. The Governor was invited but did not attend.
