You Are My Sunshine (new lyrics by Dean Johnson)

We are performing this song today at the Sertoma Youth Ranch for the Thanksgiving Bluegrass Festival with the new lyrics we wrote.
The new lyrics (vss. 2 and 3) are mine (Dean Johnson) and original creations with assistance from Elizabeth Ayres on the 3rd verse.
The lyrics were created October of 2021 and first performed at Unisen Senior living facility on Nov. 5, 2021.
