Distracted Driver Nearly Crashes

Info from Licensor: "Just before 3:00 p.m., 11/23/2021, I was driving with my wife and son southbound in the left lane of North Himes Avenue in Tampa, Florida, approaching I-275. The driver of a car that had been following behind me was distracted and apparently did not notice that my car had slowed. The driver of the car slammed on his brakes, and when he realized he wasn't going to be able to stop in time, he swerved to avoid rear-ending my car. His car crossed the right lane, jumped the curb, and nearly drove through a fence. He managed to steer his car back onto the road and continued on as if nothing had ever happened."
