The Budget for 2019 had a Revenue of 3.5 Trillion
and an Outlay of 4.4 Trillion, a deficit of 0.9 Trillion

The Budget for 2020 had a Revenue of 3.4 Trillion
and an Outlay of 6.6 Trillion, a deficit of 3.2 Trillion

The Budget for 2021 will probably have a Revenue of 3.5 Trillion
and an Outlay close to 7 Trillion, a deficit of one Biden unit.
