Dream Shop Build Part 3

In the DIY Dream Shop Build series, We go literally STEP by STEP on everything you need to consider In In Dream Shop Build Part 3, we get into flattening the pad for the shop.

By watching these videos you will be able to sort out ALOT of the problems you will encounter when you are embarking on a shop build of your own.

Even with cardinal knowledge from my father, who has built houses for 40 years, there were still a lot of things I hadn't thought of when I got the idea to build.

These videos will hopefully help you out! they would have helped me!

Part 1 - is all about planning when it comes to money and some things that you may not have thought of prior.
Part 2 - is all about clearing the land, and starting the build!
Part 3 - we talk all about leveling the pad the shop will be built on, and get all the stone put in place and flat. this is very important for the build process.

It's not super hard if you have a scope and can read a tape measure. You will see us marking the ground for the machine operator to tell him to go up or down and by how much.

we are going for + or - .250 inches here throughout the entire pad surface.
