20211126 American Jurisprudence - The Daily Summation

I'm not sitting here saying there's nothing good about the American system of justice.

That being true, you should know I have issues with a (fairly small) percentage of outcomes.

There are two major concerns.

The first is, folks doing wrong, and walking away with virtually no consequences.

The second is really bigger than the first.

That would be people not committing crimes, yet being incarcerated or otherwise punished as if they were guilty.

These are things we need to fix.

I would be the LAST PERSON to say we should "burn down the existing system."

Still, we NEED TO work to fix injustice where it's happening.

This is what caused me to create today's edition of The Daily Summation from Kurt's Religion and Politics. Hope you enjoy.

When I'm able to complete the companion article on the Kurt's Religion and Politics blog, I'll post a link to it here.
