Veteran Teaches a Very Effective (non-violent) Tactic To Take Out Tyrannical Covid-Cops

Balloons filled with black gloss oil paint (although I'm sure the color doesn't really matter), motor oil, tar, and whatever else you can think of (sand for grit would work) make weapons, vehicles, and riot-gear absolutely useless. It doesn't cause any real damage to the tyrant, but it will take them out of the fight.

Even thrown against the windshield of an armored vehicle, water cannon truck, or police car renders them undrivable because they won't be able to see where they're going.
