It Is Time.!

We can Save the Constitution by Using the Constitution.!! The Founders gave us the biggest tool in the box in the Amendment Convention process to use within Article V... Laid out BEFORE the 10th Amendment and the 2nd Amendment... they have no process in them.

And for you folks that say we just need to Stand Up and use Article I for the answer... Article V is YOUR process to use when States think there is something unconstitutional about an enacted law... Not Nullification which has never won a single case in the Supreme Court. The most fervent example when many states tried to band together over the law in question... the Civil War came about to settle the argument.

We don't need a war, we don't need nullification, we don't need to wait on DC to fix itself... We use the Founders' Fix... the original process they gave us to address any unjust law, any unconstitutional executive order, any court ruling that goes against "We The People" and any regulations that were not properly and constitutionally passed by Congress.

The Convention Of States project resolution for imposing term limits and recall, fiscal restraint and lower spending, and reducing federal overreach... is exactly what we need now and exactly the process we should use to get it done.!!
