The case against Kyle Rittenhouse shows that someone legally defending themselves against an attacker can still face prosecution. Unfortunately there are people in the judicial community that are making the process of prosecuting someone to be the punishment knowing that they will ultimately lose the case.

It is dangerous for people in power to use their position simply to win regardless of the truth. The job of everyone in the judicial system is to seek the truth, not to push a political agenda.
