Thanksgiving is a national holiday celebrated by people living in the United States of America & Canada. Many were taught that the holiday was based on pilgrims, who just arrived on American shores, having a peaceful dinner with Native Americans being "thankful" for making it into "The New World". Welp, history gives an opposing perspective of what really happened on that day.
