Learn to Listen to Your Dreams – Write what you Saw and Heard

We all have dreams, most of the time they are jumbled and confusing. On the other hand, there are dreams with deep symbolism which make no sense. When you sleep you roam the spirit world. You have the choice to travel to the higher or lower levels. At the higher levels you commune and converse with advanced spirits you depart important information and lessons to you.

The problem is that we get information, but we soon forget what we heard and saw. It is vital to write down what you can, so when circumstances present themselves you can take the correct action.
