Engaged & set to be married in several months. — He was killed on the way to pray, holding his tefillin & the Chabad book "Likutei Sichot'.

One survivor had the tefillin on his arm struck by a bullet, potentially saving his life.

An hour later, a 60 year-old Israeli couple were attacked in Jaffo by another Arab, the 18 year-old illegally crossed the border from Jenin, who stabbed the husband 5 times before fleeing & getting arrested. — Later in the evening Knesset MK Simcha Rottman led a large march through the old city to pay respect and demand more security.
