Time for my trip back up north, packed everything away, locked up, on way home and get a notification for motion by my container, look likve and there are 2 guys looking to steal my utility trailer? Let me know what you hear... Thankfully Ray and Donny my friends were across the street and stopped them! MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Crystal River area is a nice quiet old Florida kind of town so we have been visiting there for the past 5 years and started looking for property.
We finally found something very inexpensive with an old Mobile Home on it, so electric, well and septic included (no $6000 impact fees) and pulled the trigger.
