November Cold Water (37 Degrees) Jerkbait Kayak Fishing with the Native Slayer Max 12.5 and Piscifun Alloy M baitcaster.
I had been watching the weather for a good time to go out fishing and November in Wisconsin can be super hit or miss. Turned out opening day for the gun deer season was perfect with Light winds and mild temps.
I started out with a lipless crank and quickly moved to a crankbait and jerkbaits. I noticed what looked like small shad breaking the surface by the boat launch and used all shad like colors which seemed to be effective.
