Do the Holidays have you stressed and out of sorts? Try Meditation.
It doesn't have to be fancy. You can meditate anywhere, anytime and in any position. All it takes is finding 5 minutes or more of quieting your mind.
When you are stressed, your body produces hormones which lead to an inflammatory response. Meditation can help decrease this inflammation, helping you feel better and enjoy your holiday season more.
Just think of how much you have to be thankful for.
Studies have found that even short durations of meditation added to ones routine may increase length and quality of life. It is shown to decrease inflammation, depression, anxiety, blood pressure, etc.
