Legal documents, Maserati and criminal past questioned in guardianship case

A Pinellas County man is fighting against his stepmother in a guardianship case over how to best care for his dad and the case involves questionable documents submitted to the court, a new Maserati, and a costly legal battle that has dragged on for more than a year.
