Pit Boss | Texas Style Smoked Brisket
The Pit Boss did a great job on this Texas Style Smoked Brisket and the bonus it was a wagyu brisket from Drafth Family Farm! They gave it to me fresh and I just didn't have time to cook it that day so I had to freeze it. Well it oxidized a little but I cleaned it up some but that did not stop it from have a ton of flavor! Wagyu Brisket is already packed with flavor so doing it Texas Style is really all you need to do. The Salt and 16 mesh Black Pepper gives it a great bark a long with a balance flavor of goodness! The Pit Boss since the controller update just runs!! I am very pleased how the Pit Boss 1600 runs and it also is giving off more smoke!!!
