Pit Boss Griddle | Seasoning Griddle | 1st Cook Oklahoma Burgers
I got the Pit Boss Griddle and I season it up that 5 burner. After I get that done we did a couple batches of Oklahoma burgers or as some you call them onion burgers. Seasoning a griddle just takes time but it is not hard work at all. I used Flaxseed oil but you can use canola oil also. Then go ahead and get some animal fat cooking on there so it really develops a nice dark patina color. Now for the Oklahoma Onion Burgers, these things are awesome and a staple for american grilling and bbq in the backyard for decades!
