Watering in Pouring Rain

Info from Licensor: "I was visiting Alaska for a fishing trip to Togiak, and while exploring Anchorage, there was a huge cloud burst! The man was watering when it happened and just continued watering like it was still sunny. I had to get a video! It was July of this year, and it was nice out. I was walking and decided to hide under a covered area and wait it out. This guy literally watered in the rain for 5 mins! I bet he went home and told his wife he should've brought a coat to work."
