Evolutionary biology teaches that allele frequency variations in populations vary over time according to random chance as well as identifiable, logical selection pressures. The main mechanisms of evolution are: natural selection, sexual selection, genetic drift, gene flow from outside the population into the population, and mutations. In sexually reproductive species, the two sex classes are defined, broadly, as the inseminator class, which reproduces less frequently, and the inseminated class, which reproduces more frequently. This creates intra-sex class selection pressure in favor of behaviors that will improve the odds of the inseminator class - the class that has sex selection pressure, versus females, who don't - successfully inseminating a member of the inseminated class. In this video I get into why this is the underlying cause of rape culture, patriarchy, the problem of male violence, and the origin of male obsessive sexual pathologies and group formations.
