Former Premier Brian Peckford, on the "Charter of Rights and Freedoms"

Featuring former Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, Brian Peckford speaking passionately against the Covid-19 Mandates across Canada, calling them unwarranted violations of the "sacrosanct provisions of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms".

Mr. Peckford, serves as Chairman of the "Taking Back Your Freedoms" project, speaking to PEI citizens, Premier Dennis King, and all PEI MLAs to do the right thing and be first in Canada to put a complete end the C-19 Mandates and to fully restore the Rights and Freedoms of the citizens of PEI.

Of great significance is that former Premier Peckford is the 'last living First Minister' who was a signatory to the Charlottetown Accord, including the Charter of Rights and Freedoms enshrined in the Constitution of Canada.
