great taste mixes really easy. This is one of the view protein powders that I have ever followed the recommended 6-8 oz of water/fluid. I usually use a ton of extra water because I cant stand the thick texture. This tastes like a real "shake".

Mixes super smooth in a blender and still very smooth with a blender bottle or just with a spoon (your results may vary depending on how aggressive you are in your mixing)
