Culture Discovery Vacations (CDV) is a tour company that is based in the United States, and operates in Italy and Portugal, doing small group "local living" culinary and cooking vacations. When Covid hit the world in 2020, we were just about to start our season, and the world went dark. We hunkered down and bonded with our entire team AND the thousands of past guests to get through it by riding it all out virtually, without attempting to do any revenue-generating business. It was tough, but after nearly two years we were able to reopen and get back to doing what we love most.
