DELAWARE COUNTY, PA WHISTLEBLOWER: Election Officials Conspiring to Cover-Up Fraud

A whistleblower obtained footage of the Director of Election Operations in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, James Allen telling Jim Savage, Chief Custodian/Supervisor of the Voting Machine Warehouse to get rid of the pads and second scanners. Savage responds saying, " we can't talk about that anymore". Allen asks, "why?". Savage says, "It's a felony!"
