WHISTLEBLOWER VIDEO: Destroying Election Materials - "Start a Campfire"

Tom Gallagher is an employee of Delaware County "Delco", PA, as well as a lawyer. This video took place on June 18th, 2021, at the Voting Machine Warehouse in Delco. Employees were tasked with fulfilling a Right to Know Request (RTK) filed on May 21, 2021. The request specifically asked for a copy of all tapes and return sheets used to certify the 2020 General Election This video shows Gallagher ripping up scanner tapes into a trash can. When asked why he was ripping up tapes, Tom states, " I don't want anybody to pick it up and think we threw stuff away". Another county worker, James Ziegelhoffer ("Ziggy") says, " We gotta get a campfire going."
